However, the judgment passed in these writ petitions will not preclude the petitioners from taking legal steps to get their compensation in accordance with law. If the petitioners being dissatisfied with the award amount approach before the Arbitration Tribunal as per the provisions of the Ordinance, 1982 the limitation prescribed in the law shall not be stand as bar.
